Forgot Password

If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it directly from the login page using your registered email address.

Step-by-Step Instruction:

• Step 1: Click Forget Password
• Step 2: Enter Your Account Email
• Step 3: Enter Recovery Code
• Step 4: Create a New Password
• Step 5: Successfully Reset Password 

Step 1: Click Forget Password

Go to the login page and click Forgot Password below the Password block. 

Step 2: Enter Your Account Email

Enter the email address associated with your DerbySoft account and click Send Recovery Code. You will receive an email with a recovery code to reset your password.

If you don't receive the recovery email, please check your spam or junk folder, or try resending the code.

Step 3: Enter Recovery Code

Enter the recovery code to continue the password resetting. 

Step 4: Create a New Password

Follow the instructions to enter a new password and click Reset Password.

Step 5: Successfully Reset Password 

Once the new password has been successfully reset, you will be redirected to the homepage.
